Synopsis: Are “He said-She said” arguments driving you crazy?  Do the same unending conflicts keep you from performing your teaching responsibilities because you are constantly putting out “fires”?  Then it is time for students to accept responsibility for their own actions. Peer mediation is an effective method for teaching students how to solve their own conflicts in a non-violent manner.  This interactive workshop for students and teachers will guide you through a six-step model of peer mediation and enable educators to develop a peer mediation program.
