Title: Can't You Just See It My Way?

Synopsis: This session examines the impact of different personality styles on interpersonal communication.  Participants will learn about the perceived positive and negative attributes of four distinct personality types and various techniques that allow for developing effective working relationships with each of the personality styles.  Certified, non-certified staff, and administrators alike will gain much from this highly entertaining and informative session.
